Account and organization settings live in Settings in Qualia Cloud. Open it from:
  • the Settings button (gear) at the top right of the Workspaces page, or
  • the account menu (your initials) on the Workspaces page.
Settings opens as a full page. Back to workspaces at the top of the sidebar returns you to the Workspaces page. On small screens the sections appear as a row of tabs. The sidebar has two groups:
  • Account: Profile, Security, My usage, and, on a personal plan, Plan & billing.
  • Your organization’s name, if you belong to one: General for everyone, plus Members, Usage & limits, Billing, and Security & SSO for owners and admins.
Personal accounts also see Bring your team below the navigation. Organization sidebars contain only the back link and navigation groups. Editor, agent, and model preferences are not here. They are in each workspace under the gear menu, then Qualia settings. See General settings.

The Workspaces page

The header shows your organization (or Personal) and your plan. Choose it to open that organization’s settings or your plan. Free accounts also see Upgrade. The account menu shows how much of this period’s included usage you have used and when it resets. It also links to Settings, Sessions & security, My usage or Plan & billing, Manage members (owners and admins), Download desktop app, and Sign out.

Profile

Profile shows your name, email, and role. Your name comes from the account you sign in with. If your email is not verified, choose Verify email. Sign out signs you out of this browser.

Security

Security lists where your account is signed in:
  • This browser, with Sign out.
  • Desktop and terminal apps: each sign-in to the Qualia desktop app or the qualia CLI, with when it signed in and was last active. Choose Sign out beside one to end its access, or Sign out all to end every one, including sign-ins that haven’t appeared in the list yet. The refresh button reloads the list.

My usage

My usage shows this week’s usage period and when it resets, how much of your included usage you have used, and your overage spend and ceiling if overage applies. In an organization, your limit is set by the organization. If the last payment failed, a notice says so: on a personal plan, update your payment method in Plan & billing; in an organization, an owner or admin needs to fix it. If your plan is set to cancel, Cancellation scheduled shows when it ends. Features lists what is turned on for your account, such as GPU access, Slack integration, overage, bring your own keys, and local models (Ollama), including anything your organization or Quadrillion enabled. Trends shows your spend, requests, tokens, daily spend and tokens, most-used models, and response time (time to first token) for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Export CSV downloads the selected range.

Plan & billing

On a personal plan, Plan & billing shows your current plan and when it renews. Compare Free, Pro, and Max, then choose Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Max to check out with Stripe. Stripe returns you to this page afterward. Choose Manage subscription, Downgrade, Update (payment method), or View invoices to manage a paid plan in Stripe. On Pro and Max, Allow overage lets you keep working past your included usage, up to a weekly ceiling. Choose Adjust to change the ceiling. Organization members don’t see Plan & billing; their plan is managed by the organization.

Organization

General

Everyone in an organization sees its name, their role, and that their usage is billed to the organization. Owners and admins also see the Organization ID, used for single sign-on and support; choose the copy button to copy it. Admins can leave the organization from Danger zone. The owner can’t leave or be removed.

Members

Owners and admins manage people on Members:
  • Members lists everyone with their role, their spend this period against their weekly limit, and when they were last active. Search by name or email, or filter by role.
  • Change a member between Member and Admin from their row. Only Quadrillion can assign the owner role.
  • Select a member to open their details: role, usage this period, top models, and their Weekly limit. Choose Organization default or a Custom limit. A custom limit can’t exceed the organization’s limit. At $0, the member can’t run the agent unless the organization allows overage, in which case everything they use is billed as overage. If the organization allows overage, set their Overage ceiling, or leave it blank for the organization’s ceiling.
  • Choose Invite people to invite one or more email addresses as Member or Admin. Invitations expire after 7 days.
  • Invitations lists pending invitations. Copy an invitation link, Resend it, Re-invite an expired one, or Revoke it.
  • Remove a member from their row’s menu or their details.
If payment setup is required, Members asks you to complete it before you can invite anyone.

Usage & limits

Usage & limits shows this period’s organization spend, active members, how many members are at their limit, and requests. Limits shows the default weekly limit per member and the overage ceiling. To change them, contact support. Spend by member ranks members by spend; select one to change their limit. Trends shows spend by member, tokens, and top models for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, and Export CSV downloads it.

Billing

Billing shows the plan, the current period, seats, and the billing email. If cancellation is scheduled, the plan shows Cancels with the date. If the organization needs a payment method, choose Add payment method. Organizations on a free pilot don’t need one. To rename the organization, change the billing email or an existing payment method, or get a copy of an invoice, contact support.

Security & SSO

  • Single sign-on: choose Set up SSO to link the organization to WorkOS and configure SAML or OIDC. Once connected, choose Manage, and open Directory sync (SCIM), Verified domains, and Audit logs in the WorkOS portal.
  • Share with people outside the organization: when off, workspace invitations and join links only work for members, and public links are unavailable. People who already have access keep it.
If an administrator changes your role, return to the browser tab to refresh the available sections.

Accept an invitation

Open the invitation link and sign in with the email address it was sent to, then choose Accept invitation. Qualia asks you to sign in again, then opens your organization’s settings. If you are signed in with a different account, choose Switch account first. The website dashboard and the previous Organization, Billing & Usage, and Sessions pages have moved into Settings. Old bookmarks, billing links, and invitation links open the matching Settings page. You may need to sign in again the first time. Desktop downloads remain on the public download page.
