Qualia displays a banner when your plan usage or overage spend reaches an important threshold. The banner links to the relevant billing action, such as upgrading your plan, enabling overage, or adjusting your overage ceiling.

How tokens are counted

The Tokens total on your billing dashboard counts every token you were charged for. That includes cached tokens, which are billed at a reduced rate rather than free, so they count toward the total alongside the input and output tokens you send and receive. Because cached tokens are included, this total is comparable to the figure your model provider reports. Reasoning tokens are already part of your output tokens and are not added again.

Export usage data

Open Dashboard → Billing, then select Export CSV in the Token usage panel to download your last 30 days of usage. The export includes 15-minute usage intervals, models, token counts, request counts, and cost. Each interval also carries a billable token total, matching the Tokens figure on the dashboard. Organization owners and admins can export the last 30 days of usage for current organization members from the organization dashboard. Platform administrators can choose a date range and export all users or one selected user from the admin usage dashboard. Exports are saved as a CSV file. If an export fails (for example, because your session expired), an error message appears next to the Export CSV button.

Snooze a notification

Select the alarm clock on the banner, then choose when you want the notification to return:
  • In 1 day
  • In 5 days
  • In 1 week
  • At the end of the current billing period
Your choice persists if you restart Qualia. The banner can appear again after the snooze expires if your usage still meets a notification threshold. Select the close button to dismiss the current threshold without setting a snooze.
